Well, good news for skinny guys. But, what about those who are obese or want to lose fat not muscle? Most of the peanut butters available in the market are not up to the mark and lack essential nutrients and are unhealthy.

Moreover, if you are taking it with white bread, you are going on the wrong path. Take your peanut butter with brown bread, banana, and nuts.

Note: Sugar is the biggest enemy for your health. Peanut butter that contains refined sugar are the worst for your health.

The main culprit is not the peanut butter, but the hydrogenated oil that makes it the worst. Most of the companies that claim to provide the healthiest peanut butter are lying to you. In reality, they are using hydrogenated oil and many other preservatives just to impress the customers.

Note: Buy the peanut butter that does not contains hydrogenated oil.

Getting bloated is one of the main issues after eating peanut butter. Most of the peanut butters available in the market are free from omega-3s (reduces inflammation). 

Note: Peanut butter that contains at least omega-3s can be chosen in your diet

 

  • Most of Them are Impure 

 

No one can deny the fact that peanut butter is healthy for your body. However, it does not mean you going to eat every kind of peanut butter available in the market. 

Do you know that your biggest enemy is “sugar?” But, the reality is that the peanut butter in the market contains high amount of sugar, sodium, and saturated fats to the spread.
