BLOGGING & COACHING was one of the reasons we could think of to help people lose weight.   

We started Healthshala in 2019. Everyone was focusing only on making money, instead of focusing on health. We then realized that very few people are healthy and disease-free. Most of the people around us were unhealthy, eating junk, obese, and fat. 

Our family members were suffering from diseases and were unhealthy due to their poor eating habits. Jaspreet and I took a pledge to mend these habits and make people around us healthy and free of diseases.    

We believe in one approach: Workout >Nutrition > Results 

That is why we are here to help 100k people lose weight with proper nutrition by 2021. 

We love our work. We are fascinated by how our work and our stories impact the lives of others and ours—especially people who want to lose their weight.
